Welcome to the Sigma Pi Educational Foundation
Brothers,
Welcome to the newly re-designed Sigma Pi Educational Foundation Website. The goal of this new site is to communicate the scholarships, programs and activities that we support and promote. A special thanks to the volunteer brothers and board members that spent many hours to plan, design and implement this new website.
The launch of our new website provides a time to think of Sigma Pi as well as the goals and objectives of the Educational Foundation. We are implementing a new strategic plan that is focused on taking the Educational Foundation to the next level and working closer with the Grand Chapter, because at the end of the day… We are all SIGMA PI.
The past months have presented challenges for all of us based on what the stock market and the overall economy's performance. The experts say that charitable foundations such as ours will have to work harder to achieve our objectives. Speaking for the volunteer members of the Educational Foundation Board of Trustees, we are dedicated to the challenge ahead.
We need your help to prove the experts wrong. Many of our alumni work for organizations with corporate matching programs; please remember this when you make your next donation. When you get the mailers from the Educational Foundation, take a moment to read what we are focusing on, and what we are accomplishing. Hopefully, after reading the information you receive as well as what is contained in this website, you will want to support our goals. Also, it would be great this year to reconnect with your fraternity, by attending an event, or volunteering to host an event.
And we want to be in touch with you! We have established the e-mail address: email@sigmapi.org to allow you to send us your updated e-mail address. In the near future, you will be able to log-on to our website and update your e-mail address in our database with a few clicks of your mouse.
Our President and Chief Development Officer, Richard Robinson, is doing a great job working with many of you. He will be more than glad to show you how you can support your foundation to take the Sigma Pi to the next level. He can be reached at (800) 332-1897.
I personally feel that the best years are still ahead of this fraternity and, as brothers dedicating to advancing the Brotherhood, we will achieve more for Sigma Pi . With your help, we will all get there. Please join us and make it a personal goal to support the Sigma Pi Educational Foundation.
We look forward to a GREAT YEAR!
IST,
Cliff Wilke
